MISSION STATEMENT
Global Waste Solutions Group, Inc. (GWSGRP) mission-Beneficial Use of Waste:
- Transform all forms of waste into useful and marketable products, viewing waste as a renewable resource.
- Provide full expertise and technical solutions for the creation of successful business by the host country client in the beneficial use of their particular waste streams.
- Create sustainable economic development through the use of waste, viewing waste as a valuable asset.
- Remediate environmental damage caused by continual discharge of waste streams.
- Combine waste streams and other renewable energy sources in the project development, alleviating host country energy demands for production.
- Build foot-printable facilities which can be easily understood and replicated in neighboring regions.
- Participate on a long-term basis in the production/off-take of projects.

Willis Black has over 30 years of international business experience encompassing capital equipment sales, commodity trading and hedging, foreign currency hedging, international business development, and finance structuring, primarily in developing/emerging country nations.
His extensive experience in technology placement in the international arena, as well as his understanding of foreign business cultures, has led to successfully concluded business in over 40 countries outside of USA, with a primary focus in South America, Sub Sahara Africa, the Middle East and the Caspian region countries.
Mr. Blacks financial management experience includes CEO of a mining equipment manufacturing company, which he took through a private placement financing, SEC filing and international finance structuring to sell equipment into many of the Sub Saharan and South American Countries, and CEO of a computer technology marketing, service and leasing company with offices in USA and Europe, with a special focus on trading between USA, Europe and the UAE regions.
His work followed the changes in the global business markets, including counter-trade, foreign government financing, public-private partnerships, international partnership development, mergers and acquisitions.
Willis is leading GWSGRP into international project development with emphasis on agro-economic development, alternative energies, beneficial use of waste and infrastructure upgrade in emerging market countries.

Simon Bollin, is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy. Mr. Bollins impressive experience and skill sets include:
